Reset User Password

Password reset is available so long as your district does not use centralized LDAP authentication. Users may change their own password, but administrators may also reset the password for any account as well.

  1. Visit Users in the left menu.
  2. Search for the user whose password you wish to reset. Click their name.
  3. Visit the Basics tab. Enter a new password and confirm the password.
  4. Click the Save button.

  1. Reset your password.
  2. Reset the password for the user you created when adding a user (ie. yourusername(and your favorite numbers). Tip: If you did not create a new user, go to Adding Users and visit the Try It Out section at the bottom of the page.
