Update District Name

District name is often printed at the top of documents. To update the district name which appears:

  1. Visit Settings > District Information.
  2. Update the Full name listed on the Basics tab. Click the Save button. This will update the district name which often appears onscreen.
  3. Visit the Details tab. Update the District Name field. This will update the district name as it appears throughout documents.
  4. Information will be autosaved. Any document using this information will now reflect the update the next time print preview is generated.

  1. Add the number 1 to the end of your district name.
  2. Visit any incomplete document. View the document print preview. Verify the district name is updated in the header (or footer, depending on form) of the PDF.
  3. Delete the number 1 to revert district name back.
