As the first step in the implementation process, your implementation coordinator will reach out to your district to schedule an implementation planning call. This planning call will include your implementation coordinator, your sales representative and the main point of contact at your district for SameGoal, including any additional district stakeholders.
During this call, your implementation coordinator will discuss software configuration options, determine necessary followups and work with you to identify who to reach out to at the district for each next step. Important dates, as well as potential training dates and times, will be discussed. After the call, your implementation coordinator will send a confirmation email summarizing your discussion, and initiate next steps.
