At times, a minor mistake on an IEP that has already been marked complete must be corrected, but this correction does not warrant a full amendment IEP.
Steps
To make a correction to an IEP:
- Mark the document incomplete

Requires admin privileges. - DO NOT click the blue Amend button at the top of the document. Doing so instead creates a formal amendment of the IEP rather than re-opens the current document for correction.
- Make necessary corrections.
- Mark the document complete.
