Text Toolbar: A new text toolbar was introduced with expanded formatting options. These options include formatting for fonts, alignment, tables, lists, etc. To learn more, visit text toolbar overview in our user guide.

Admin: Several new reports were added. After logging in, select "Reports" from the left-hand menu.

Admin: New section to manage district contact information added. After logging in, visit "District Settings": in the left-hand menu. Click the "District Contact Info" tab. Four types of contacts exist (main, special education, billing and technical) in order to streamline IEP Anywhere communication and save you time.

Profile (all accounts): Ability to subscribe to an IEP Anywhere email list added. After logging in, visit " Profile" in the top right menu to subscribe.

IEP Grid Progress Report: A "switch to long view" link was added. This additional view allows users wishing to author longer grid progress report sections a different view that they may find more user-friendly for this use case.

ETR Summary of Current Performance: Added "quick insert" links to insert specific ETR Team Summary information easily.

ETR Section 2: Broke each field in section 2 into sub-tabs for easier viewing and typing in. Added optional tools to view all evaluations in-page for each tab/field for easy reference.

ETR Section 2: Added "quick insert" links on the "Assessments", "Needs" and "Implications" tab to easily insert information from the corresponding section of each evaluation (ETR Section 1).

ETR Section 3: Added "quick insert" links to easily insert "Summary of Assessment" information into section 3 parts B and C.

Print Tab of IEPs and SPs: "Daily Feedback" and "Monthly Feedback" read-only feedback sheets were added. These feedback sheets, when printed and attached to a clipboard for in-class use, are helpful in logging incremental progress. IEP goals and objectives automatically copy in.

EMIS: Poverty level was added. This appears in the top section of the EMIS data collection tool when printed. This information is often used in analyzing special education data within the district, but is optional to districts using IEP Anywhere to collect special education EMIS data.

Admin: Added support for administrator to enter parent/guardian cell phone, parent/guardian email, district of residence and county of residence for each student. When a new IEP/SP/ETR is started, this information copies in. These fields were also added to the IEP Anywhere generic api, and may be imported nightly from schools integrating their student information system with IEP Anywhere.
