: Documents authored on the Individualized Education Program form type should continue to use the Progress Report Option 1 and Progres Report Option 2. Documents authored on the Individualized Education Program (rev 2/19) form type should use the Progress Report Option 1 (rev 2/19) and Progress Report Option 2 (rev 2/19) to ensure that the goals copy over from the correct completed documents.
