The Maine Department of Education updated numerous Special Education forms for the 2019-20 school year. The following forms in your SameGoal account reflect 2019-20 updates:

  • Progress Report (r0819)
  • IEP at a Glance (r0819)
• Referral for Special Education Services
• Form for the Determination of Adverse Effect on Educational Performance (r0817)

NOTE: "Progress Report (r0817)" remains active to allow districts to create progress reports, as needed, for IEPs authored last spring in format "Individualized Education Program (r0817)".
