Integration Management Tool Coming Soon
June 19, 2026

We’re excited to announce that we have a new integration management tool on the way!

In the coming weeks, we will be rolling out a change that updates the existing Data Imports/Exports page in SameGoal to support the configuration and management of all integrations–not just API imports/exports. This means that moving forward, Student Information System integration information will no longer live on the District Information page.

This new tool will make it easier to manage your integrations by keeping all import/export data in one place and increasing the visibility of integration statuses; it will be clear to see whether an integration ran successfully, did not run, or ran but with some issues.

What to expect for the rollout link

When this new integration management tool is released at your district, no immediate action is required on your part. Any current integration information set on the District Information page will be transferred to the Data Imports/Exports page automatically.

Once this happens, the integration fields on the District Information page will appear as read-only. At that point, any changes that need to be made to your integrations can be updated on the Data Imports/Exports page. However, the first time you update an integration using the new tool, you will need to provide a point of contact for that integration. This should be an administrative user at your district who can manage the integration if there are any issues.

Once the rollout of the new integration management feature is fully complete, the SIS integration fields will no longer appear on the District Information page.

lightbulb Tip
When fields on the District Information page become read-only, any secret or password will appear as “SG_PW_SENTINEL”. Additionally, when data is transferred to the Data Imports/Exports page, secret and password fields will appear as blank. However, the actual data will still be stored securely on the back end.
