New AASCD Decision Making Tool

ODE recently published a new Alternate Assessment Participation Decision-Making Tool. ODE has not yet included this new tool on the required Ohio IEP form posted online.

We have now added a link to this new tool (in PDF format) in IEP Section 12 above the "AASCD Participation Criteria" form link. This link is visible on screen only, to maintain fidelity to ODE's currently published printed IEP form. We recommend this tool, when used, is printed and attached to the corresponding IEP.

At the point ODE updates the required Ohio IEP form to incorporate this tool, we will update the IEP in SameGoal accordingly.
