Texas Progress Reports

Several progress reports for Special Education have recently been added or updated:

• Transfer Agreement Progress Report (new): This new progress report copies in goals, objectives and BIP target behaviors from a child’s most recent, complete Transfer Student Comparable Services Agreement.

• Services Plan Progress Report (new): This new progress report copies in goals, objectives and BIP target behaviors from a child’s most recent, complete Services Plan.

• IFSP Progress Report (new): This new progress report copies in goals and objectives from a child’s most recent, complete Individualized Family Service Plan.

• IEP Progress Report (updated): This progress report now automatically copies in BIP target behaviors from a child’s most recent, complete Individualized Education Program and/or standalone Behavior Intervention Plan when created. This same autocopy/update functionality for BIP behaviors is also reflected in the new Transfer Agreement Progress Report and Services Plan Progress Report.

While all new progress report forms are now available to all Texas districts, administrative users will need to update update user role permissions (granting relevant user groups permissions to these forms) in order for them to be accessible to non-administrative users.
