In order to help streamline Special Education workflows, we’ve added additional copy insert buttons to several forms and updated how new IEP’s copy from existing IEP’s.
Copy from existing IEP: When using the copy to new document action on a completed IEP, more fields will copy over to the new document than did previously. Now almost all fields (barring dates, signatures, deliberations, amendments, and cover page information) will copy to the new IEP.
Insert/Update Transfer Agreement Info (in the IEP): There is now an Insert/Update Transfer Agreement Info button in the IEP that pulls in all relevant information from the completed Transfer Agreement.
Insert all Info from last REED (in the FIE): There are now Insert from last REED buttons in every evaluation section of the FIE that pull in information from the corresponding section in the REED, as well as an Insert all Info from last REED button that pulls in information from all sections at once.
Insert all info from last FIE (in the REED): There are now Insert from last FIE buttons in every review section of the REED that pull in information from the corresponding section in the FIE, as well as an Insert all Info from last FIE button that pulls in information from all sections at once.
