The TestHound report (which can be found by going to Reports > Testing Coordination) returns a list of STAAR/TELPAS accommodations for students in Special Education, Section 504, Emergent Bilingual, and RTI.
Previously, the report only pulled information from documents that were marked complete at the time of running the report. This means that the report didn’t include information from documents that were in the process of being amended, because these documents have an incomplete status until the amendment is finalized.
However, the TestHound report is our first “amendment-aware” report!
Amendment-aware reports will pull data from the most recent, completed version of a document, even while the document is in the process of being amended. Then once the amendment is finalized and the document is marked complete again, the report will pull from the newest, amended version of the document.
