Version History

We’re excited to announce that Version History is about to get even better! The Version History panel currently tracks key document events including field edits, translation requests, completions, and amendments. In the coming weeks, we will be rolling out an update that expands event tracking even further.

With this update, the Version History panel will also track:

• Document share events
• Permission changes
• When a parent/guardian opens the document share email
• When someone views the document
  
  

Additionally, a new dropdown at the top of the Version History panel will allow you to filter events by type, making it easier to find the information you need.

These updates have been highly requested and we’re excited to make Version History even more useful. In the future, we will continue increasing transparency and providing the best possible experience to make your work easier and more efficient.
