Students may be managed only by users with an administrative account.
If you district integrates SameGoal with your student information system (SIS), much of the process of managing students (eg. adding, updating) is handled automatically via a nightly student/parent "demograhics" integration. In this case, manual student additions and updates should be fairly infrequent for corner case situations.
However, if your district does not integrate SameGoal with your SIS, all student management will be performed manually in the web application.
