SameGoal includes the gifted education forms published by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. This includes:
- Permission to Evaluate: Obtain parent consent for an initial evaluation.
- Notice of Intent To Reevaluate: Notify parents of a reevaluation.
- Gifted Written Report: Document initial evaluations and reevaluations. If a student is found eligible for services during an initial evaluation, they will be pre-enrolled in the program.
- Invitation to Participate in a Gifted Team Meeting: Invite a student's parent(s) to a meeting to discuss the results of an evaluation or to review their GIEP.
- Gifted Individualized Education Plan (GIEP): Document a student's present levels of educational performance, goals, specially designed instruction, and support services.
- Notice of Recommended Assignment (NORA): Notify the parents of a change in placement for their child and after every GIEP review. For an initial GIEP, if the parent agrees with the recommended placement, the student will be fully enrolled in the program.
- Notice of Parental Rights for Gifted Students: Provided to the parents at a GIEP meeting.
