This integration imports student and parent demographics data from Aeries into SameGoal on a nightly basis. Demographics information appears on each student's "Details" tab in SameGoal, and auto-copies into documents as they are created for each student.
Steps
To setup demographics integration with Aeries:Use Aeries' instructions to generate an Aeries API certificate. Configure the following:
- Product Name: SameGoal
- API Permissions: Check:
- Student Data
- Student Data: Read
- Supplemental Data: Read
- District Supplemental Data: Read
- Contacts: Read
- Attendance
Copy/paste your base URL and certificate for entry into SameGoal.
- Login to SameGoal as an administrative user.
- Visit Settings (left menu) > District Information.
- Under STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM INTEGRATION, locate Aeries.
- Click "add Nightly Demographics". Enter Base URL and Certificate.

This integration runs nightly. Students should appear from Aeries the following morning in your environment.
