Educational Interest

Your user permissions will grant you access to students in different buildings. If you have access to a given building, you will be able to search for any student in that building. However, some student information is hidden unless you have an educational interest in the student.

You are considered to have an educational interest in a student if you have at least Can View access to at least one of their documents.

When you have an educational interest in a student, you can:

• View information on their Details tab.
• View information on their Programs tab.
• View and make changes to their Details tab.
• See their program participation badge next to their name.
• Display their deadlines on your Deadlines Calendar by filtering deadlines to All, even if the deadlines are not assigned to you.
