State Reporting at a Glance

State Reporting at a Glance is a read-only additional view format of state reporting related information for a given document (available for some states). It often includes state reporting codes rather than long-text descriptions and is optimized to help state reporting coordinators verify information or enter it in other systems quickly. When a document is updated, the state reporting at a glance information is automatically updated to match, such that document and state reporting information is kept in sync. This approach allows districts to spend less time training document authors on state reporting codes, as they are automatically extracted from relevant documents.

State Reporting at a Glance can be found in the printer menu when visiting documents from which state reporting codes are extracted.
