This week we went live with our new Call-In Codes feature.
Currently, the use of Call-In Codes is optional, but starting October 1st, you will be required to provide your Call-In Code when contacting SameGoal’s helpdesk for support.
As a reminder, you can access your Call-In Code by clicking on the question mark icon in the top right of your screen when logged in, or by requesting that a code be emailed to you by clicking on the Call-In Code link on the sign in page.
