Document Share Notifications

We recently added two types of document share notifications:

• Document Share Event: When a document is first shared with a user
• Permission Update: When a user’s permissions for a document are changed

While we already supported adding a document to a user’s Caseload and Recent page when it was first shared with them, the addition of Document Share Event notifications will make it even more clear when a user is added to a document.

Additionally, Permission Update notifications will not only make sure users remain aware of their own level of access to documents, but will also help communicate to users when a document is transferred to them.
