Multi-Incomplete Icon

At SameGoal, most form types are intentionally designed to allow only one incomplete document per student at a time. This helps to ensure teams are collaborating within a single, shared document rather than accidentally creating multiple versions.

However, there are certain form types that allow multiple documents to be incomplete at once because it’s practical for workflows. For example, the following forms typically support multiple to be incomplete:

• Service logs
• Input forms
• Meeting invites

In order to improve visibility about which forms allow this, SameGoal is in the process of rolling out a new “multi-incomplete” icon on the Form Settings page.

When this feature is enabled at your district, this icon will appear next to any form type that allows multiple incomplete documents, allowing administrative users to quickly identify which forms support multiple in-progress documents.
