In order to provide our users with the support they need to do their work in SameGoal more seamlessly, we have added new support documentation for Ohio special programs. This will allow new users to become familiarized with the platform more quickly and will help all users to better understand their workflows within SameGoal.
We have added workflow pages and videos with step by step instructions on how to complete common workflows for the special program, as well as recordings posted from the most recent refresher training session.
