Consent for Release of Confidential Information - Visually Impaired and Deafblind Students

Before TEA can release confidential information collected by the American Printing House for the Blind and the National DeafBlind Project, parents must provide a consent for release of information. See TEA guidance

The Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired also provides information regarding these programs:

• Texas Deafblind Child Count
• Annual Registration of Students with Visual Impairments.
