State Reporting

SameGoal generates Texas TSDS/PEIMS state reporting extracts based on TSDS Web-Enabled Data Standards.

Each report/extract is based on a specific TSDS record (or subset of a TSDS record). Column headings match the XML name for each data element in the record. Each extract also includes a handful of additional columns at the start of the file which aid manual review/spot-checking (Student ID, Last Name, First Name, Building, Grade).

These extracts are used as source data for automated integration of TDSD/PEIMS data with student information systems, with minimal variations as needed (eg eSchoolPLUS, Skyward Qmlativ).
