The student team for a student is a set of staff who work with that student and who are responsible for reviewing relevant documentation for that student. Student team members will be required to acknowledge their receipt of certain completed documents.
Administrative users manage student teams and control which form types require acknowledgement of receipt.
If a form type is configured to require acknowledgement, when documents of that form type are marked complete, all student team members will receive a notification requiring them to review the document and sign off, acknowledging their receipt of the document.
