Remote Electronic Parent Signatures

On 03/23/2020, SameGoal released remote electronic parent/guardian signatures in response to evolving district needs during the coronavirus pandemic.

When a document is shared with a parent, the parent will receive an email providing access to view the document, see edits by district collaborators in real-time during remote meetings, and electronically apply their signature where applicable. Parent edit access is limited only to parent signature related fields.

Remote electronic parent signatures can help districts conduct parent meetings remotely. It has been added as a premium feature in SameGoal Plus for next school year, but we are extending remote electronic parent signatures now through June 30, 2020 for all customers at no additional cost.
