We hope your second semester is starting off well! We had a lot of updates over the first semester, so as a reminder, here’s what's new:
- Inactive Students Filter: There’s a new checkbox on both the Caseload and All pages that allows users to include documents for students with an inactive enrollment status. Learn more.
- Selectable Programs Filter: The Programs filter on the Students / create new page is now selectable and a new Programs filter has been added to document list pages. Learn more.
- Documents Filter: The Show: Documents filter on document list pages was revamped and is now the Documents filter. Learn more.
- District Bank Only Fields: Admin users can now set specific fields to only allow district bank values. Learn more.
- Increased Bank Substitution: In addition to name and pronoun substitution, bank values now support substitution for additional types of information.Learn more.
- Deadline Notifications: We are in the process of rolling out deadline notifications for districts on the Pro edition of SameGoal. Learn more.
- Historical vs. Current Document Visibility: Historical documents now appear grayed out on document list pages and there is a new Historical/Current filter option in the Documents filter. Learn more.
- Create Documents From Deadlines: Deadlines listed on the Deadlines tab for a given student now have a button next to them that allows users to create the required document. Learn more.
- Search Functionality In Options Lists: Rather than scrolling through options lists, users can now type to search for the desired item. Learn more.
- Refresher Training: You are still able to sign up for our mid-year refresher training sessions. Register.
- Skyward SMS Doc Viewer Integration Now Available: Districts using Skyward SMS can now configure a document viewer integration. Learn more.
