CPI-Based License Fee Adjustment: SameGoal license fees for all editions are adjusted annually in January according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (all items) for the prior year. For 2025, this was 2.7%.

The 3% discount is calculated after all other discounts have been applied. Payment must be postmarked two and a half months prior to the contract term start date, by the 15th of that month, in order for the early bird discount to be applied. Payments postmarked after the 15th must pay the bill in full (other discounts still apply). If the 15th falls on a weekend, payment must be postmarked by the Friday before the 15th. Example: Contract term starts July 1st, payment must be postmarked by April 15th.

Multi-year license fee discounts are applied to all special programs modules and all years for the duration of the contract. Multi-year contracts can also insulate districts from annual CPI-based license fee adjustments for the duration of the contract. Please note that multi-year contracts require full payment upfront.
