The below table shows the key dates for renewal timelines based on a typical contract term from 7/1 to 6/30. If you’re not on this contract term cycle, this timeline will be adjusted according to the superscripts next to each date.

| Admins suspended | Administrative users will no longer be able to log into your district's environment. | August 1st4 |
| Other stakeholders contacted | We will send a certified letter to stakeholders, including support staff, program directors, and tech director. | August 15th5 |
| Users suspended | All users will no longer be able to log into your district's environment. | August 15th6 |
| Last day to download data | This is the last day you are guaranteed to be able to download your district's SameGoal instance data, because it could be deleted the next day. | September 24th7 |
| Environment deleted | Your district's SameGoal instance data will be permanently and irrevocably deleted between the 85th and 90th day. | September 25th - September 30th8 |
