Staff cannot mark documents complete until both document content and state reporting validation checks pass. When a user attempts to complete a document that hasn’t passed all checks, they will not be able to and will be brought to a list of remaining errors. This list can easily jump them to each outstanding item.

This ensures that all documents are completed fully and correctly, which limits the need for revisions and rework after a document is completed.
