COPY FROM EXISTING DOCUMENTS
When a document is completed, a new document can be created by copying from the existing document. When this is done, information is pulled from the previous document and is automatically populated into the new document for review. The specific information that’s pulled into the new document varies by form type, but dates, signatures, and demographic information are not pulled over.

This can help save users a lot of time, especially with long plan documents during annual reviews, and administrators can control who has access to this feature.
