Student and parent demographics are imported nightly from the district SIS to SameGoal. These demographics are then stored in SameGoal on a per-student “Details” tab, and prefill all documents when created. Student enrollment status (e.g. Pre-enrolled, Enrolled, Transferred, Withdrew, etc.) is also included in this integration, meaning no manual enrollment status management is required in SameGoal. All students are included in this integration, allowing staff to create evaluation documentation for newly referred students immediately in SameGoal.

This integration reduces redundant entry, reduces errors, and saves staff time.
