State reporting data is captured within relevant documents and when a document is marked complete, state reporting data is included in state reporting extracts. The data in these extracts is automatically synced on a nightly basis with the district SIS, eliminating manual double entry back into the SIS.

Because state reporting data is captured and validated within documents (rather than on separate, disparate screens), documentation and state reporting data are always in sync and never need to be manually reconciled. Clean, consistent state reporting data is automatically pushed back to the SIS on a nightly basis.

Districts can also load state reporting extracts directly into their state's state reporting system whenever possible, provided a proper data review process is in place.
