User banks allow any user to store their own frequently used text in any field so they may easily insert the same text in a different form, rather than having to rewrite it. Administrative users may also create district banks, which are accessible to all users across the district. Additionally, all banks support name and pronoun substitution for students.

These bank values save users time and district banks can even be set to 'default' in order to pre-populate a field with a structured outline/template for expected, compliant content.
