SameGoal offers in person, online and train-the-trainer training formats. During implementations, we work with each district to determine which approach to training will work best for them as successful, comprehensive initial training is important to ensuring a successful SameGoal implementation and user satisfaction.

In addition to initial training, our train-the-trainer format provides district trainers with the resources necessary to onboard any new staff after implementation. We also host free, online Refresher Trainings for users throughout the year that cover a wide range of topics including general functionality, administrative functionality, and program-specific workflows.
